ix 8/22 post-class post

Last night's class seems to promise fun and good things to come. My only gripe--well actually i have two (for now)--concerns our "lodging." It appears to me that we have been relegated to some dungeoneous section of the building where all red-headed step children are sent to rot. Honestly, it is not that bad, but maybe that particular gripe stems from the fact that we had/have to sit in those uncomfortably impractical three-fourths-table-and-a-chair contraptions.
On a lighter and less bitchy note, it appears to me that many of us in the class know one another from previous classes. This should be a particularly advantageous situation once the debating and dialoguing begins. And i expect, and in all actuality very readily pray for, that this familiarity with one another will more readily engender debates, disagreements, ideas, and all that fun "intellectual" stuff.
I look forward to reading the material and being exposed to mind warping concepts. Here's "to the pain."

I want you to dive in deeper and struggle with the material more--in short--write more.
